Hollywood Actress Lindsay Lohan will be forced to remain in custody while she waits and hopes for a formal probation violation hearing on October 22. Lindsay Lohan was released on 2 August after serving 14 days of a 90-day sentence for violating her probation in the case of 2007 related to drug use and driving under the influence.
Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox, who conducted the hearing- Friday, did not grant the actress bail.
'Drug abuse is a disease, which unluckily does not leave nightlong,' Lohan Tweeted on Friday, September 17. 'I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps forward every day. I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future.'
Many hope that Lindsay Lohan finally learns something from all of this.
