Former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and wife Maria Shriver announced their separation Monday. After 25 years of marriage, the couple decided to separate. According to Los Angeles Times, Maria Shriver moved out of their Brentwood, California home weeks ago."This has been a time of great personal and professional transition for each of us," they said in a joint statement to Los Angeles Times.
"After a great deal of reflection, discussion and prayer, we came to this decision. We are living apart while we work on the future of our relationship."
Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver were introduced by Tom Brokaw of NBC during a charity Tennis Tournament way back 1977. They got married - April 26, 1985 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Hyannis, Massachusetts.
