Actress-beauty queen Krista Kleiner turned a lot of heads at an event Thursday night when she gamely kissed Mocha, the openly bisexual singer-actress, on the lips during a performance and then stole the show by singing and dancing with abandon.
Is Krista taking the good-girl-gone-bad route after her recent breakup with singer Jay-R?
“I’m just taking this time for myself to really figure out what I want and try to, alam mo na, just to get over whatever happened,” she told News5 Aksyon after gracing the fourth anniversary bash of Playboy Philippines at Midas Hotel.
It’s been three weeks since the breakup was reported, but both Krista and Jay-R have remained tight-lipped about the reason they’re no longer together.
What is clear is that he is wooing her back.
“You fight for what you love talaga, and, you know, dapat ligawan ko ulit siya. I wanna win her back lang talaga,” Jay-R said.
The breakup happened about two months ago. In an earlier interview, the R-and-B prince declared that there was no third party involved in the split-up.
He started to seek reconciliation after they went together on a US promo tour last week for GMA Pinoy TV.
The Binibining Pilipinas-International 2010 is coy about Jay-R’s chances.
“I’m not ready [for a reconciliation] at this point. He’s being understanding naman of my feelings and respecting the fact that I need time. Hmm, di ko alam. Tingnan natin.”
