They say that you cannot have it all in this world. But at one corner in the Ortigas Center in Pasig City, it seems that you can have everything under one roof — well, almost.
From living a hotel life to dining and recreation, one might probably consider not leaving the premises of the Exchange Regency Residence Hotel (ERRH). Located at a very accessible venue along Exchange Drive corner Meralco Avenue, this 42-storey tower boasts of warm and personalized services that will make one call the hotel his or her home.
When ERRH opened its door to the public on June 30, businessmen and leisure travelers were given, not just another choice on where to stay, but a plethora of possibilities to make the stay worthwhile and memorable.
Aside from being a hotel, the ERRH also sells residential units on its upper floors to individuals and families who want to truly experience living the urban life at its finest.
Managed by Hospitality International, Inc., this billion-pero project by Nobleland Ventures, Inc., features well-appointed and stylish rooms. One can choose from three room configurations: deluxe, premiere and suite. The room size starts from 25 square meters to as big as 68.5 square meters.
The minimalist design of the room maximizes and allows a comfortable touch to the spaces inside. Add to this some more features, such as individually controlled air conditioners, high-speed internet connection, flat screen television and DVD player, and the accommodation becomes complete.
Staying at the ERRH becomes more delightful because of the convenience that it provides. At the second-level commercial floor, the public can enjoy the services of a nail spa, a dental clinic, a 24-hour convenience store and two commercial banks.
Although pets are not allowed at the ERRH, the third floor provides facilities that would more than compensate for the said policy. These include swimming and kiddie pools, sauna and jacuzzi, sunken deck, health walk or jogging path, children’s playground, mini golf, outdoor grilling area, game room, and fitness room.
For meetings and events, there is also a dedicated function room on the amenity floor. It showcases floor-to-ceiling windows with a magnificent view of the Ortigas skyline, as well as the latest in audio-visual equipment.
If all this makes you hungry, step out and walk a little bit to The Benassi Alimente E Caffe for Italian home-cooked meals or to Harvest for all-day continental cuisines. There is alsoTully’s Coffee for those who are looking for a little caffeine fix in a relaxed environment.
Now, if everything does not satisfy your penchant for the urban lifestyle, entertainment hubs are just around the corner of the ERRH. Shopping centers are only a stone’s throw away, along with schools, hospitals, business centers and places of worship.
