MANILA, Philippines - Metro Manila and Cebu are among the top 10 outsourcing destinations in the world, according to services globalization and investment advisory firm Tholons.
Metro Manila ranked number 2, moving up one spot in the Tholons Top 100 Outsourcing Destinations, which ranks the outsourcing cities around the world. Bangalore remained number 1 on the list.
Cebu ranked 8th on Tholons' list, while Davao City ranked 69th and Sta. Rosa, Laguna improved to 82nd place. Bacolod ranked 93rd, while Iloilo is 95th and Baguio City barely made it to Tholons' list at 99th place.
