Expert Global Solutions, the champions in both the Elite and Competitive divisions last year, is out to extend its reign in a tough pool against familiar foes, including Shell Business Service Center – Manila, US Autoparts, Infinit Outsourcing, Inc. and Ring Central.
Eleven new squads, meanwhile, are eager to make their mark in the tournament which started in 2012 with 15 teams.
Sykes Asia, Inc., AMMEX I-Support, IBM, Stefanini, Microsourcing, Inc., EXL Service Philippines, Inc., CFOS (Cash Flow Outsourcing Services), HSBC, Telstra, Xerox and C3 are the newest participants of the BPO Classics.
From having two divisions in the 2013, the tournament will expand to three divisions this year: competitive, intermediate, and recreational.
Ring Central and CFOS will kick off the tournament at 5 p.m. following a brief opening ceremony, while reigning titlist EGS takes on newcomer IBM at 6:30 p.m.
Registration for the event will start at 3 p.m.
