Free bibimbap as Bulgogi Brothers opens in Glorietta

MANILA -- Korean restaurant chain Bulgogi Brothers will be giving away free bibimbap as it opens its new branch at Glorietta 2.

According to the restaurant's Facebook page, the new Makati branch will open on Monday.

"Everyone's invited to join us on our opening day on September 1! #BulgogiBrosPh," it posted on Saturday.

To mark the opening of its Glorietta branch, the first 100 guests lined up will get bowls of bibimbap for the whole year for free.

"That’s a total of 24 bowls of bibimbaps each for 100 persons," it said in a statement.

"You will be given your first bibimbap which you can avail of on your next visit until September 30, 2014. On your succeeding visits, purchase any dish in the menu to avail of the other 23 bowls for free, redeemable until August 31, 2015," it explained.

Bibimbap is a complete meal consisting of meat, vegetables, sauces, a raw egg over hot steaming rice and a dollop of hot pepper.
