The movie's director, Don Cuaresma, posted on Instagram a collage of photos showing De Guzman touching Coleta's face and eventually kissing him.
"Papa's Boy" is De Guzman's latest film following the success of the romantic comedy "That Thing Called Tadhana" with Angelica Panganiban.
Also part of "Papa's Boy" are Edgar Allan Guzman, John "Sweet" Lapus and Benjie Paras.
