How to make customers fall in love with your brand

MANILA, Philippines - You know that extra special bond you seem to have with your favorite morning coffee or your favorite sneakers? Usually that's because you have a relationship with those brands.

Of course if you're a business owner, you definitely want your customers to have that kind of relationship with your brand.

In an interview on ANC's Shop Talk, ACE Center for Entrepreneurship's Associate Guru Aaron Palileo said it is important to know who you are targeting.


Palileo explained you need to choose the customers who you want to serve because you will be catering to them in the long term. From there, it will be easier for you to build a connection and learn more about them.

If you want your brand to be loved further by customers, he said you should find out the unconscious reasons why they feel connected to it.

Next, don't solely rely on traditional insighting method done by market researchers. Go for the unconventional and ask what they want, ask them to complain, what is missing, annoying and disappointing. These are the questions that will tap into their emotions.
