Author Neil Gaiman and his wife, international recording artist Amanda Palmer, are expecting their first child.
The couple announced the news through social media late Wednesday (Philippine time), saying that Palmer is three months pregnant and she is due to give birth in September.
Palmer also posted a photo of her on Instagram taken by Gaiman showing her baby bump.
Gaiman is known for his seminal works such as the popular comic book series "Sandman" and novels such as "American Gods" and "Coraline."
Palmer, on other hand, is best known as one half of the duo, The Dresden Dolls. The couple married in 2011.
