Another Salcedo-only exclusive burger is the Tongue and Cheek Burger, consisting of mushrooms, green olives, onion tanglers, with house gravy smothered on 8 Cuts’ signature beef patty with slices of lengua (beef tongue) sandwiched in a sesame seed bun.
