Starting today, June 26, McDonald’s is holding a “Minions Banana Festival” to promote the Philippine screening of the “Minions” movie this July.

Minions toys
To those who were not able to get pre-order stubs last week, the Minions toys are now available in McDonald’s Happy Meal offerings.
There are ten toys, each taking on a different character (from a caveman to a vampire) and having different features (from marching to singing).
Minions-themed desserts
McDonald’s goes yellow starting this Friday as it offers food items inspired by the Minions and their love for bananas.
There is the Honey Banana McFloat, a banana and honey-flavored drink topped with vanilla soft-serve; Banana McFlurry with Oreo, or banana-flavored ice cream with Oreo bits; Banana Crumble McFlurry, which has crushed graham and banana flavoring; and Minions Banana McDip, or vanilla soft-serve covered in banana-flavored dip on a blue wafer cone.
The items can also be ordered as combos which include fries in Minions-designed packaging.
