National Book Store recently gave Santiago the Certified Bestseller Award for “Stupid is Forevermore,” the sequel to her humor book “Stupid is Forever.”
“Stupid is Forevermore,” which was released last June 15 in time for Santiago’s birthday, has sold over 120,000 copies nationwide and has since been number one in the Bestsellers List of National Bookstore.
On the other hand, over 450,000 copies of “Stupid is Forever” have been sold in only eight months.
Both books are published by ABS-CBN Publishing.
On the sidelines of the “Stupid is Forevermore” event, Santiago confirmed that she will run for president in 2016, saying there is nothing left for her to do now that she has already “conquered” cancer.
