LOOK: Canadian PM Trudeau to join Toronto Pride parade

MANILA - Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of Canada announced Monday that he will be attending the Toronto Pride parade.

The parade is scheduled on July 3.

Toronto's first-ever Pride Month launches June 1, featuring a theme of belonging and inclusion.

According to Pride Toronto, Finance Minister Bill Morneau, Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne and Toronto Mayor John Tory are also expected to take part in the festivities, along with Trudeau.
