MANILA - Real estate has become one of the most attractive investments as condominiums sprout all over the metropolis.
Potential buyers, however, can get overwhelmed by the number of choices on real estate websites.
This problem led Neva Talladen to come up with Swoop, the Philippines' first full-service real estate app which promises to make condo-hunting as easy as swiping through Tinder profiles.
“People just don’t want to be matched with property or brokers. They want to be taken cared of because this will be one of the biggest decisions they will make in their lives,” Talladen said.
The app features 360-degree photos, giving users a better view of the property before scheduling a visit.
Swoop is available on iOS and Android devices.
Talladen joins ANC’s “Early Edition” to explain details of the app and improvement plans such as virtual tours of properties for sale.
