KABANKALAN CITY – If you are looking for peace and tranquility, Mag-aso Falls may be the best place for you.
Mag-aso Falls is located at Barangay Oringao in Kabankalan City, a two-hour drive from Bacolod City in Negros Occidental.
The place is known for its breathtaking 120-foot high waterfall, perfect for travelers who want to experience the beauty of nature.
For P50 each, visitors can take a dip in the cool pool.
One of its regular visitors, pastor David Hinchey from California, considers Mag-aso Falls a "genuine jewel" in Kabankalan City.
"I lived here in the Philippines for almost 6 years, and we come here once or twice a month. Mag-aso is one of the precious places you have here in Negros, a genuine jewel here in Kabankalan," he said.
"Fresh air with cool water, it's clean, and the waterfall itself is absolutely spectacular."
