Netflix acquires Anne Curtis movie 'Aurora'

MANILA -- Netflix has acquired the horror film "Aurora" starring Anne Curtis.

According to a report from Variety, "Aurora" can be watched on the streaming service starting April 25.

"Aurora" is directed by Yam Laranas and is one of the entries in last year's Metro Manila Film Festival.

The film revolves around Leana (Curtis), a young woman who tries to find the surviving passengers of a ship that crashed into her island home.

Curtis' other film, "BuyBust," was also acquired by Netflix last year.
