Maguindanao 2nd District Rep. Esmael "Toto" Mangudadatu celebrates with families of the victims of the Maguindanao massacre after the release of the guilty verdict against most of the accused Ampatuans, as well as dozens of their accessories, at Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig on Thursday. Five members of the Ampatuan clan were sentenced to reclusion perpetua without parole for the massacre of 57 people in Ampatuan town on November 23, 2009.
