The stretch of Tomas Morato leading all the way to ABS-CBN looks like a ghost town on Monday evening with all stores closed as Quezon City imposes a curfew from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. The city ordinance comes as the national government expanded the community quarantine on the whole island of Luzon to combat the spread of COVID-19.
