Cebu Pacific offers half-price seat sale for 19 international routes


MANILA, Philippines – The operator of Cebu Pacific has cut by half air fares to 19 international destinations in the low cost carrier’s latest seat sale, which runs from February 17 to 19.

Buyers must use the tickets from April 1 to June 30.

The destinations covered are Bangkok, Beijing, Brunei, Busan, Guangzhou, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Hong Kong, Incheon (Seoul), Jakarta, Kota Kinabalu, Kuala Lumpur, Macau, Osaka, Singapore, Shanghai, Siem Reap (Cambodia), Taipei and Xiamen.

Cebu Air Inc.’s (CEB) seat sale is timed for the 19th Travel Tour Expo 2012, which also runs from February 17 to 19.

“Aside from our usual booking channels, this seat sale is also available at CEB’s Travel Tour Expo booth. We encourage everyone to book flights to any of CEB’s international destinations, especially the ones we are launching this summer: Hanoi (Vietnam), Xiamen (China), Siem Reap (Cambodia). We will also launch flights between Boracay (Kalibo) and Hong Kong,” said Candice Iyog, CEB vice president for marketing and distribution.

“Passengers can also connect via Manila, Cebu or Clark with a select domestic seat sale for as low as P288. CEB will continue offering guests more opportunities to travel with its trademark low fares,” she said.

The domestic component of the seat sale covers travel from March 1 to May 31, and would include flights from Manila to Cauayan, Coron, Laoag, Legazpi, Naga, San Jose, Tuguegarao or Virac; from Davao to Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo or Zamboanga; and from Cagayan de Oro to Iloilo; and from Zamboanga to Tawi-Tawi.

Also covered are flights from Cebu to 18 domestic destinations.
