Pinoys hold art exhibit for Calungsod's canonization

ROME, Italy – An art exhibit was launched in time for the celebration of the canonization of Blessed Pedro Calungsod on October 21.

Cebu Archbishop Ricardo Cardinal Vidal and Ambassador to the Holy See Mercedes Tuason personally opened the art exhibit of the 50 united Filipino communities in Rome.

For Vidal, the exhibit can be likened to the life lived by the Blessed Pedro Calungsod.

The exhibit worked on the theme “Evangelizing Presence of Filipinos in the World”.

Romeo Velos, Chaplain of the Sentro Pilipino in Rome. Report from Jocelyn Ruiz, ABS-CBN Europe News Bureau
