For her Cosmopolitan shoot, Evangelista was photographed by lensman BJ Pascual, who is marking his 14th consecutive cover pictorial for the magazine with this latest issue.
Evangelista was styled by Katrina Cruz, with hair and makeup by Jerry Javier and Albert Kurniawan, respectively.
Meanwhile, Young, the current title holder of Miss World, similarly shows off her "bikini-ready" physique in the March 2014 issue of Women's Health Philippines.
The 24-year-old actress is seen posing in a turquoise bikini on the cover, which was photographed by Cholo de la Vega.
For the shoot, Young was styled by Adrianne Concepcion, with hair and makeup by Mark Baquiran for L'Oreal and Pong Niu for MAC Cosmetics, respectively.
