The 19-year-old actors in nominated in the Favorite Asian Act category, along with Indonesian girl group JKT48, Malaysian YouTube sensation Jinnyboy, and Singaporean actor Tosh Zhang.
Winners are determined through online voting, which will close in five days.
Now on its 26th year, the Nickelodeon KCA is popular for bringing together big-name celebrities in the United States for a fun-filled show that honors the biggest acts and programs of the year. The results are voted by viewers of Nickelodeon.
This year, the KCA will be held on March 28 at Forum in Inglewood, California. It will be hosted by former Jonas Brothers member Nick Jonas.
In the Philippines, the awards show will be televised via the Nickelodeon cable channel on March 30.
