On Instagram, Zamora shared a collage showing the first ultrasound image of the baby and an apparently emotional Paguia at a clinic.
According to the former Manoeuvres dancer, Paguia was already six weeks into her pregnancy when they confirmed it on Wednesday.
On her own Instagram page, Paguia said: "This is it! Biggest answered prayer so far! Thank you to all the people who prayed for us. Until now I can't explain my emotions. My heart is jumping and rejoicing. Thank you, Lord."
Before they got married in June 2014, Zamora and Paguia briefly separated earlier that year. At the time, they had been a couple for seven years.
