Unlike the Samsung Gear S, S2 does not have a stand-alone phone function yet, but the company is set to release a version of the S2 that has a sim slot.
The S2 still has touch screen technology, but you can now navigate through different screens, notifications and messages through the S2's rotating bezel.
S2 runs on Samsung's proprietary Tizen OS, unlike the older models of Samsung digital watches which run on Android.
