Santa’s Christmas village gets busy as holidays approach

Santa’s Christmas village in Finland is bustling with activity as the holidays approach.

The main post office is the most hectic as the yearly flow of letters to Santa began to arrive.

Santa has so far received around 250,000 letters and another 250,000 more is expected to come in.

Some children have written long wish lists while others just ask questions to get to know Santa a bit more.

One of the postal elves noted most letters come from China, Poland, and Italy.

Amid the crises and issues around the world, Santa has a special message for the many children living difficult lives.
