Playboy mansion on sale for $200 million


The ultimate bachelor's pad is for sale.

Playboy Enterprises CEO, Scott Flanders has confirmed the iconic playboy mansion made famous by the countless lavish racy parties held in it is listed for a whopping $200 million.

Built in 1927 and purchased by Playboy in 1971, the 5-acre property in Los Angeles boasts of 29 rooms, a game house, home theater, and a swimming pool.

The deal will be structured as a "living estate," which requires any buyer to allow the mansion's famous resident, 89-year-old bachelor and Playboy Magazine Founder Hugh Hefner, to continue renting the house until his death.
