MANILA — Ivana Alawi, whose videos of her household chores are viral hits, is at it again, this time sharing how to disinfect one's home in the time of coronavirus.
Alawi was among the dozens of Kapamilya stars who joined ABS-CBN's "Pantawid ng Pag-Ibig" digital concert that aired Sunday.
Instead of singing, the "Ligaya" actress treated viewers to her signature vlog. Inside her living room, Alawi gave a humorous take on cleaning and disinfecting the floor and fixtures — and at one point, her mother.
Prior to the airing of her vlog, Alawi also urged viewers to observe the community quarantine guidelines from the government, and expressed gratitude to frontline workers, especially those in the medical field.
"Sana lahat tayo ay sumunod sa patakaran ng ating gobyerno, na huwag lalabas ng bahay kung hindi kinakailangan. Mag-stay tayo sa bahay para hindi kumalat ang virus na 'to," she said.
"Gusto ko rin magpasalamat sa mga frontliners natin. Sinusugal nila ang buhay nila para maproteksyunan tayo, so gawin natin ang part natin," Alawi said.
