MANILA, Philippines -- Singer-actress Zsa Zsa Padilla admitted that it will be hard to celebrate Christmas this year with the absence of her long-time partner Dolphy.
The country's comedy king passed away in July this year.
Padilla and daughter Zia Quizon will be spending the holidays in Japan as they both continue to cope with Dolphy's death.
"Obviously it's medyo mahirap din kasi it's the first holiday season na wala 'yung daddy kaya we are trying to distract ourselves and have fun and spend time with friends and family din namin," Quizon said.
Padilla is also looking forward to 2013 as she will star in the upcoming series "Juan dela Cruz" with actor Coco Martin.
The singer is hopefull next year will be a "happier one" for her.
"I'm gonna be busy. Di ba 'yan din ang lunas din kapag malungkot ka?" she said. -- Report from ANC
