Undeniably, Daniel Padilla is one of his generation’s most phenomenal teen icons. He is living a life most of us can only dream of.
At one of his recent photo shoots, the busy young star paused to accommodate some interviews, and one of the questions thrown at him by the press was whether there was something he longed to have.
Surprisingly, Daniel had a ready answer: “Actually na-achieve ko na ‘yung isa sa mga pangarap ko. Nakuha ko na ‘yung mga bunga ng pagtatrabaho ko.”
The press was quick to ask what it was and he replied, “Nandun sa labas.”
That’s when he stepped outside to show the press his new baby: a black Dodge Challenger sportscar.
This is the second car he bought; the first was a Starex which he uses for work. The Dodge Challenger belongs to a class of cars that have stood the test of time: through the years, its basic design has remained the same, much like the Mercedes Benz or the Volkswagen Beetle, although the car’s features have evolved with the times.
Daniel’s car is valued, according to reports, at P3 million.
When he showed it off to reporters, it still smelled brand-new. “Wala pang ibang nagda-drive nito, ako pa lang. Hindi ko pinapa-drive sa iba.”
