Dive in and dine in at Café Aquatica in San Juan

Award-winning Betta Grand Champion and entrepreneur Kenbert Chua marries two of his favorite things in his new concept café—breeding fishes and making his favorite dishes.

Located in the heart of Greenhills is Café Aquatica, a café that doubles as an aquarium and fish shop.

Here, you may see one-of-a-kind fish species like the Premium Dragon Betta and the hybrid Aro-betta. They also have a line of unique aquariums hand-picked by Chua himself, like their inventive underwater waterfalls.

You can enjoy your hearty meals beside the friendly schools of fish swimming in the tanks inside the dining area.

Chua said they feature some heirloom dishes, like their Rosa Trio of Sliders, a recipe made by his beloved mom. They also serve Pasta Penne, Crispy Bagnet Chips with Rice, and Vigan Pasta.

Down everything with a serving of their bestselling milkshake, the Almond Shake, a fresh spin to the Chinese dessert.

"I love to share the food and drinks in a unique way, yung hindi pa nakikita, so there's something to find out when you come here," said Chua.

Visit them at the Promenade Mall in Greenhills, San Juan.
