MANILA, Philippines -- Actor James Blanco on Wednesday admitted he once committed a sin against his wife but that they were able to move on from that episode.
"Mayroon ka kasing pagkakamali na baluktot talaga at mahirap iwasan. Hindi mo pwedeng isisi sa babae yon, sarili mo yon, naging mahina ka sa ganoong bagay," Blanco told host Kris Aquino on "KrisTV" on Wednesday.
Blanco, who has been married for 10 years now, didn't disclose what this mistake was.
The actor's wife, Tania Creighton-Castillo, said she gave her husband time to think before agreeing to a reconciliation.
"Nag-usap kami, tapos siyempre I gave him time. Naghiwalay muna kami less than a month, pero wala pa kaming anak noon," she said.
Asked if she has truly forgiven her husband, Tania replied: "Yes, forgive and move fast. But, of course, you can never forget."
"What about trust?" Aquino asked.
"Unti-unti mong maibabalik, hindi agad agad. We worked on it and we are (now) happy," Tania said.
