UFC's Rousey eyed for 'Fast and Furious 7' role


MANILA, Philippines – Female MMA fighter Ronda Rousey is reportedly in negotiations for a role in the upcoming movie “Fast and the Furious 7.”

Rousey, who already agreed to star in Sylvester Stallone’s “The Expendables 3,” could land a major role in the newest installment of the "Fast and the Furious" series, according to entertainment website Variety.

"Fast and the Furious 7" will be bringing back Vin Diesel and Paul Walker with James Wan coming in as director.

The sixth installment of the film became the highest grossing movie for Universal Pictures having made more than $740 million worldwide.

Rousey, UFC’s first woman champion, will be defending her women’s bantamweight title against Miesha Tate in UFC 168 this December.
