MANILA - AgriNurture Inc on Monday said it was planning to apply for an initial public offering for its fruit juice business, Big Chill.
AgriNurture told the stock exchange that it would meet with potential investors for the possible IPO.
"The company confirms its intention to apply The Bill Chill Inc for listing," AgriNurture said in a disclosure.
AgriNurture also said it was planning to create an ecosystem where farmers can purchase products from merchants using Agritoken, the creation of which is subject to regulatory approval.
