LOOK: Aiko Climaco bares skin on FHM cover

MANILA - "Banana Nite" mainstay Aiko Climaco marks her first solo magazine cover with FHM, four months after she posed for the same men's magazine with her fellow cast members on the late-night gag show.

Climaco is seen posing in a revealing gold swimsuit on the February 2014 cover of FHM, which was unveiled Friday on the publication's official website.

"Masaya ako and excited! At the same time, ganun pa rin, nervous pa rin ako," Climaco was quoted as saying, referring to her FHM return with Jake Verzosa as her photographer. "Siguro kaya ko nang mag-cover ulit kasi nagawa ko na nung una, tsaka medyo confident na ako. Kaya ko na."

In November 2014, Climaco posed with Sunshine Garcia and Jef Gaitan, her co-stars on "Banana Nite," for the selfie-themed cover of FHM.

 "Banana Nite" airs weeknights on ABS-CBN after "Bandila." The late-night gag show also has a weekend edition, "Banana Split: Extra Scoop," that airs on Saturdays.

Bangs Garcia shows cleavage in FHM comeback

MANILA -- A more confident and "ripe" Bangs Garcia has returned on the cover of FHM, three years since she last posed for the men's magazine.

Unveiled Friday on FHM Philippines' official website, the magazine's October 2013 cover shows the 26-year-old actress wearing black underwear and a leather jacket, which showed her cleavage.

Garcia debuted as an FHM cover girl in its May 2009 issue. This was followed by another cover appearance on the same magazine in March 2010.

"Those three years made me ripe. Mas hinog na ako ngayon, mas confident," Garcia was quoted as saying by FHM, referring to the span of time before making a comeback on the magazine.

"Mentally, mas marami na akong natutunan. Mas marami na akong experiences. Also, wala na 'yung baby fats—'yun ang napansin ko," she said.

For her FHM feature, Bangs was photographed by lensman Xander Angeles.

According to the cover write-up on FHM's website, Bangs is looking to be more known as "Valerie Garcia," her real name.

As "Bangs," the actress last appeared on the ABS-CBN afternoon drama "Kung Ako'y Iiwan Mo" and the horror film "Shake, Rattle & Roll 14" in 2012.

LJ Reyes bares skin in two FHM covers

MANILA, Philippines -- LJ Reyes makes a daring appearance as the February cover girl of the local edition of men's magazine FHM.



The 25-year-old actress looks summer-ready as she poses by blue waters on the back-to-back covers of the February 2013 issue of FHM Philippines, which were unveiled Wednesday on the official website of the men's magazine.

"Confident na ako with the team, and si Doc Marlon [Pecjo] gusto ko talaga siyang photographer," Reyes was quoted as saying by FHM in its official website.

"Pero hindi naman ako nag-expect na, uy, sobrang ganda pala 'yung kalalabasan ng photos. Every time I do a pictorial I'm pulled both ways, may kaba at excitement," she said.

Reyes, who has a son with Kapamilya actor Paulo Avelino, last posed for another men's magazine, Playboy Philippines, in March 2012.

On the official Facebook page of FHM Philippines, Reyes' latest cover appearance drew raves from netizens. One likened her FHM outing to the recent cover of men's magazine GQ featuring American singer Beyonce Knowles.

Others were impressed by Reyes' "sexy figure," referring to her as a "hot momma." Another netizen, Kix Villegas, commented on Facebook that Reyes is the "definition of confidence."

Britain fines Playboy over porn

LONDON - Britain's media regulator fined Playboy 100,000 pounds ($160,000, 121,000 euros) on Wednesday for its "reckless" failure to prevent children from accessing pornography.

Two websites owned by the US adult brand provided access to "hardcore videos and images" without adequate controls ensuring that users were aged 18 or over, the Ofcom regulator said.

"Playboy's failure to protect children from potentially accessing these sites was serious, repeated and reckless," the watchdog said.

The Demand Adult website displayed hardcore pornography that could be viewed simply by clicking on a button labelled "Enter, I am over 18" while the Playboy TV site used a similar age verification system to show less explicit content.

Users of both websites could access hardcore material using a debit card -- which unlike a credit card, can be obtained by Britons from the age of 11.

Ofcom said neither the button marked "I am over 18" nor the debit card payment system constituted "an effective age verification system".

Playboy has grown from the men's magazine founded by Hugh Hefner in 1953 into a global business empire spanning pornography, members' clubs and merchandise branded with its iconic "bunny" logo.

MANILA, Philippines -- Revenge is definitely best served cold for singer-TV host KC Concepcion, whose sexy cover photo for a local men's magazine title wowed men and women alike as it made the rounds of social networking sites on Tuesday.

But Concepcion's sexy unraveling on Rogue's February issue took a brief backseat in the cover laced with more contemptuous symbolisms: the snake constricted on her wrists, her white dress -- or the little that was left of it, and the disembodied head of a statue that she is gripping tightly by the locks.




The cover also teases with the blurb: "That can be on the record...," suggesting what could be a controversial tell-all that could equal her infamous TV interview in late November.

Pinoy netizens said they could not wait to get their hands on a copy of the magazine. "Uber hot cover @kc_concepcion on @rogueonline just when I thought george's anne's couldn't be topped! All fab&deserving of slow claps! Bravo!" said user Pam Begre.

"Grabe! Super sexy ka talaga sa Rouge mag @kc_concepcion Clap! Clap! The NEW YOU!!!" said user Lui Andrada.

Concepcion, daughter of Kapatid star Sharon Cuneta, called it quits with erstwhile boyfriend, actor Piolo Pascual, in November after being together for a full year. Concepcion, however, refused to disclose to the media the real reasons behind the split.
