"Yes, it's true. She's pregnant," Tess Gubi of Star Magic told ABS-CBNnews.com on Monday afternoon.
The 24-year-old is currently enjoying a break from showbiz in Cebu with some of her friends.
Ricks, who started her career with "Star Circle Quest," previously dated actors Paul Jake Castillo and Jake Cuenca.
In a previous interview in May, Ricks had said she wants her personal life to be less public this time around.
“Basta ang masasabi ko lang happy ako, nage-enjoy ako. I want to keep things private na lang this time. I learned from the past. Basta dapat masaya lang,” she told ABS-CBN News at the time.
She also said at the time that she doesn't see herself getting married soon. "I’m just enjoying being young, enjoying life,” she said.
