Solenn Heussaff marries Nico Bolzico in Argentina

MANILA - Actress Solenn Heussaff has reportedly gotten married to non-showbiz partner Nico Bolzico in Argentina.

Actress and model Isabelle Daza shared a “snap” with the caption "Mr and Mrs. Bolzico" on photo and video sharing app Snapchat.

Followers of Heussaff on Instagram also sent their well wishes to the newlywed actress.

With Heussaff on her wedding day were Daza, Georgina Wilson and Anne Curtis, who is in a relationship with Solenn's brother, Erwan.

Heussaff and Bolzico had been living in together as a couple for more than two years before they got engaged in December last year.

In a previous interview with ABS-CBN, Heussaff shared that while her boyfriend supports her career, they have made an effort not to have him be part of showbiz.

"Well, he doesn't involve himself in it," she said. "At ako rin, pag may interviews na gusto mag-interview sa kanya, sabi ko, 'No, he's out of this business.'"

Aside from being an actress, Heussaff is a recording artist and an author. Together with Wilson, she launched her co-written book, "Besties" in April under ABS-CBN Publishing.

Georgina Wilson mum after manager drops her as talent

MANILA – Model Georgina Wilson chose to keep mum following reports that she was dropped from manager Shirley Kuan's roster of talents.

Over the weekend, entertainment site Pep reported that Kuan has decided to drop the model as one of her talents after Samsung, a brand which Wilson endorses, went straight to the TV host instead of her to close a deal.

In an interview with reporters on Sunday, Wilson said she would rather not comment on the matter, saying, “I’ll have my lawyer comment on that.”

She only said that she and Kuan have already talked about what happened.

“I did [talk to her] yes, yesterday,” she said.

In the said Pep report which was published Saturday, Kuan was quoted as saying that she will file charges against Wilson and Samsung.

“Samsung is run by unprofessional executives. Their agent called my office for Georgina and we gave them the rate. Then Samsung went straight to Georgina and closed the deal. No wonder I did not hear back from their agent after we gave the rates. The nerve,” Kuan said.

Kuan also asked other people to pass on her statement so more people could know about Samsung’s “rude” and “uneducated” move.

Last Friday, Samsung launched Wilson as one of the brand ambassadors of Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge in an event held at the SM Mega Fashion Hall.

Georgina, Raymond Gutierrez heckled at anti-pork rally

MANILA -- A number of the anti-pork barrel protesters who gathered at Rizal Park Monday allegedly yelled "epal" at Richard Gutierrez and Georgina Wilson, with an eyewitness relating the reported booing that took place.

Gutierrez and Wilson, along with TV host Isabelle Daza, supposedly earned the ire of some participants of the rally when they arrived at Quirino Grandstand, according to a report published Tuesday on news website Inquirer.net.

"A handful of people also cried epal when they saw actors and TV hosts Richard Gutierrez, Georgina Wilson and Isabelle Daza at Quirino Grandstand but the crowd did not join the shouting," said the report, which enumerated personalities seen at the event dubbed the "Million People March."

One of the protesters who was at the venue, Jeff Valisno, told ABS-CBNnews.com on Tuesday that he witnessed the reaction among the other participants when the group of celebrities showed up at the event.

"Ang na-boo ay sina Georgina Wilson, Isabelle Daza, Raymond Gutierrez, (fashion designer) Rajo Laurel at 'yung partner niya," Valisno said.

Although Valisno said he did not see the group arrive and leave the protest, "I saw them sa grandstand area mga 10 a.m. Hindi naman malakas ang mga boo, pero obvious na marami ang naasar at nagparinig sa kanila."

According to Valisno, the group did not interact with the other participants at the anti-pork barrel rally. "May mga tao na nagsasabi na 'Ano ang ginagawa nila dito?' Hindi aman sila nakihalubilo sa tao," he said.

On image-sharing service Instagram, the three celebrities posted photos of them at the rally, with one showing Wilson and Daza posing with protesters in the background.

Wilson, in one post, also shared a quote attributed to "Million People March," which says, "Pinoy Kami. We pay our taxes on-time and in-full. You, our government, owe us a full explanation."

Gutierrez, meantime, posted a photo of him with his companions in a vehicle en route to Rizal Park.

Early this month, the TV host, in a report, was alleged to have had business ties with the children of Janet Lim-Napoles, the alleged brains behind the P10 billion pork barrel scam.

He allegedly formed a public relations company with James and Jo-Christine Napoles in April 2012, among other separate companies put up by the siblings in recent years.

Gutierrez, however, has yet to address the issue.

Georgina Wilson says sorry to Nora Aunor

MANILA, Philippines - Celebrity Georgina Wilson on Friday finally spoke on the controversial
mock-up image of superstar Nora Aunor that she uploaded on Twitter last month.

The mock-up image, which showed Aunor wearing a two-piece swimsuit, made fans of the veteran actress angry.

Wilson made it clear, however, that she was not the one who created the photo, adding that she has great respect for Aunor.

"I respect Ms. Nora Aunor. A fan sent me that photo. Hindi ako ang gumawa and I posted it kasi parang I thought it was funny. Some people were offended so I took it down. I didn't say anything," she said as she was launched as the newest calendar girl of Ginebra San Miguel on Friday.

"Of course my intention is not to offend her," she added. She's our superstar and I was talking to Tita Gloria (Diaz) about it and she said that people just took it the wrong way."

Wilson also apologized to Aunor and her fans.

"I apologized and I also feel that I really didn't mean anything wrong. And if I offended her fans and her, I'm really sorry about that. But I really would never offend someone who's already an institution in our showbiz world," she said.

While a number of people found the mock-up image of Aunor "disrespectful," Wilson initially thought of it as a tribute of sorts to the country's "Superstar."

"Akala ko mga fans niya ang gumawa noon so I thought, 'how cute naman of them to think of me and put her picture. Big fan naman ako ni Ate Guy. So na-confuse talaga ako when it became a big issue. But I'm sure it's not an issue for her, she's a superstar," she said.

Last month after the photo was uploaded, Aunor gave Wilson some words of advice.

"Ituloy lang niya kung ano 'yung mga pintas na gusto niyang iparating sa akin, at tatanggapin ko nang buong puso," Aunor said when asked for her message to the Filipina-British model.
