Trainer spills secret to Nadine's sexy body
MANILA – Nadine Lustre is one of the actresses who has a body that a lot of girls aspire to have.
No wonder she has been hailed as this year’s sexiest woman in the country after all.
While she also maintains a healthy and controlled diet, another reason why she has a sexy body is because she regularly exercises.
In an article on Cosmopolitan Philippines, Lustre’s trainer talked about the actress's gym routine.
"I admire Nadine’s work ethic and time management skills. We all know how hectic her schedule is and as her trainer, believe me, she needs 48 hours in a day,” Mark Banta said.
He also admires Lustre’s discipline, especially her endurance
"Another thing I like about training Nadine is that she doesn’t have go-to moves. If she needs to endure an hour of ab workouts, she’ll do it," he said.
"If she can squeeze in a workout after taping in the morning, shooting in the afternoon, guesting at night, why can’t we make time for a 30-minute workout?” he added.
Currently, Lustre is currently one of the regular hosts of ABS-CBN’s “It’s Showtime.”

Ex-Sexbomb dancer admits lesbian relationship
MANILA, Philippines — Former Sexbomb dancer Louise Bolton said she's in love with a 19-year-old woman, Nathalie Danielle Padilla.
In an interview with Pep, Bolton said that she wanted to make the relationship public as proof that she cares more about Padilla than her showbiz career and image.
"Si [Padilla], ayaw niyang i-out, kasi baka raw kasi masira ang pangalan ko," shared Bolton. "Sabi ko, hindi. Kasi kung mahal ka talaga ng mga sumusuporta o ng mga fans mo, kahit anong gawin mo tanggap ka nila. So kung may magba-bash man, hindi ko mga followers yun."
Padilla was part of a 2015 "It's Showtime" segment that showcased talented lesbians.
And while Bolton said that she has been with Padilla for only two months, she revealed that she and her girlfriend have been talking about having kids in the near future. She told Pep about their plans to get her pregnant using the sperm of Padilla's brother.
"Ang gusto niya kasi sa kuya niya, hihingi lang kami ng sperm," Bolton said.
Padilla, in the same interview, added: "Parang yung egg cell niya at yung sperm ng kuya ko."
Meanwhile, Bolton was also asked about her new short-haired look. She said that she wanted to announce her lesbian side after her contract as a Sexbomb dancer expired last May.

'Ansabe?!' Why new 'Showtime' segment trended online
MANILA - Are you wondering why "Ansabe" trended nationwide on Twitter Friday?
In its live episode that day, "It's Showtime" launched a new segment dubbed "Ansabe," where contestants guess words mouthed by Korean co-host Ryan Bang from a separate area.
The players, who can see but not hear Bang, can guess up to five words in two minutes. They are not allowed to skip words. Each correct answer corresponds to a cash prize of P1,000. The contestant with more correct guesses will win an additional P5,000.
For the segment's debut, "Banana Split" mainstay Pooh and Brazilian model-host Daiana Menezes took turns guessing words, which were divided into three sets they could pick from.
Pooh only got one word right, while Menezes won with three correct guesses.
At the end of the segment, it was announced that co-hosts Anne Curtis and Vhong Navarro will be the players for Saturday's edition, catching the two by surprise as they watched from the audience area.
Moments after "Ansabe" debuted, the term ranked among the top trends on Twitter in the Philippines, with many viewers expressing amusement with the segment's mechanics, as well as Curtis and Navarro's reactions.

How Dingdong reacted to Karylle's 'two-timer' remark
MANILA – Dingdong Dantes is not affected that some people think he was the former boyfriend who Karylle was referring to when she revealed that she had been “two-timed” by her ex.
In an interview with entertainment site Pep, Dantes said he does not want to assume that Karylle was referring to him since the singer-actress did not mention any name.
“Wala naman sigurong sinasabing ako 'yun. So I don’t want to assume din naman. If I react prematurely about a statement that’s not clear, hindi rin naman maganda. Basta para sa akin, ipagdarasal ko na lang sila,” he said.
Dantes said he would rather focus on how happy he is with his personal life right now.
“I’m not puzzled, I’m happy. I’m happily married. So, you know, baka hindi talaga maaalis 'yun. But the happiness and the love supersede all the negativity, and that’s all that matters," he said.
To end the interview, Pep asked Dantes if things are now well between him and Karylle since it has been years since they separated.
“I don’t want to answer also questions about her. Because again, I’ve not answered din before anything about it. Although, I spoke once in a magazine about it and para sa akin, okay na 'yun, tama na 'yun,” he said.
Karylle admitted on “It’s Showtime” last Friday that she had been “two-timed” by a former boyfriend.
Vice Ganda brought up the topic during his eponymous love advice segment, "AdVice Ganda," after an audience member shared that her boyfriend of three months has another girlfriend of six years.
The comedian then enlisted the help of Karylle and another co-host, Anne Curtis, to give their advice.
"Nangyari na ba sa iyo 'yan," Vice Ganda asked Karylle, "na meron kang boyfriend tapos tinwo-time ka? Para totoo ang hugot. Nangyari na ba 'yan, na-two-time ka, 'yung hindi mo alam, may dyowa na?"
The question prompted cheers from the audience. Karylle tried to change the topic, but when pressed to answer, said, "Nangyari!"
When asked when it happened, Karylle said she no longer remembers as she tried to divert the conversation especially when Vice Ganda asked her directly who cheated on her.
Karylle is now married to Yael Yuzon, while Dantes is married to Marian Rivera.

Vice Ganda to undergo operation in January
MANILA – "It's Showtime" host Vice Ganda has opted to postpone an operation to remove a polyp in his throat to January next year.
Although he is currently doing fine, the comedian said he still needs the surgery to remove the polyp, which is affecting his vocal cords.
“Sa ngayon okay naman pero kailangan kong operahan sa January kasi hindi natanggal 'yung polyps ko eh. Hindi ako pwede magpaopera ngayon kasi ginagawa ko pa 'yung ('The Amazing Praybeyt) Benjamin.' Kailangan ko mag-total voice rest after nun (operation),” he told ABS-CBN News on the sidelines of the 28th PMPC Star Awards on Sunday.
With his extremely hectic schedule -- aside from “It’s Showtime” and “Gandang Gabi Vice,” the comedian is rushing to finish the “Praybeyt Benjamin” sequel for this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival -- Vice Ganda said he is just praying that he be given enough strength so he may fulfill all his responsibilities.
“Idinadaan ko na lang sa dasal na wag mawala yung katinuan ng utak ko kasi minsan nakakapagod din yung stress at pressure ng lahat pero mas nangingibabaw yung nag-e-enjoy pa ako,” he said.
“Iisa lang naman ang inspirasyon ko lagi -- ayaw ko na bumalik sa kahirapan. Mas gusto ko na mapagod sa trabaho kesa mapagod sa kakahanap ng trabaho na hindi makita,” he added.
Asked if he feels pressured to replicate the success of the original "Praybeyt Benjamin" movie, Vice Ganda said: “Siyempre lahat naman ng tao, goal mag-succeed pero ang pressure kailangan i-take mo ng positibo sa sarili mo. Alam naman ng Diyos kung ano ang intensyon namin sa proyektong ito kaya hindi kami pababayaan ng Diyos.”
Aside from Vice Ganda, “Praybeyt Benjamin 2” also stars Alex Gonzaga, Richard Yap and James “Bimby” Aquino-Yap Jr.

Vhong still traumatized, to undergo brain checkup
MANILA - Movie director Chito Roño admitted that his ward, "It's Showtime" host Vhong Navarro, is still afraid to be alone after he was mauled last week at The Fort in Taguig City.
Navarro earlier filed charges of serious illegal detention, serious physical injuries, grave threats, grave coercion and blackmail against businessman Cedric Lee, Deniece Cornejo and a few others.
The actor-host accused Lee and his companions of beating him up inside the condominium unit of Cornejo at the Forbeswood Heights last January 22.
In an interview on radio DZMM on Friday, Roño said that while Navarro is physically recovering, he is still traumatized and wants to be with his friends all the time.
"Physically he is getting better. Siguro I would say may moments pa siyang nararamdaman niya yung trauma niya. Natatakot pa din siyang mag-isa. Gusto niya may kaibigan palagi siyang kasama, kausap," said Roño.
When asked who is always with Navarro in the hospital, the director said: "Marami. In fact mararamdaman mo 'yung family niya, mga kaibigan niya laging nandoon. Father niya, mga tiyahin niya. Nung una hindi namin pinapayagan kasi hindi naman nakakausap, pinapahinga namin kasi masyadong traumatic."
Roño said that they already allowed Navarro's family to visit him, except for the latter's children.
He said they want to be sure that the actor-host will fully recover from what happened.
"The other day nagawa na 'yung surgery niya [sa ilong] so nung unang araw hirap na hirap siya kasi he was unable to use his nose to breathe. Nahihirapan siyang huminga, magsalita. At the same time, he is in pain. Yesterday he's much better, may tendency lang na lumalabas sa kanyang operasyon so medyo pinaiingat lang siya," he said.
"Siyempre it's under observation, mayroon siyang bagong iniindang sakit sa gilid so the doctor went yesterday to look at it also. We've been advised 'yung sa head to check it thoroughly, mas magandang ngayon pa lang matignan na kung may namaga sa brain niya mismo," Roño added.
Rape case
Roño refused to comment when asked of Navarro's reaction that Cornejo already filed a rape case against him.
"Hindi siya masalita, alam naman niya, sinasabi din niya 'yung totoo so hindi ko mararamdaman kung ano ang nararadaman niya," he said.
Asked to comment on the issue that there are other women claiming that they were also "victims" of Navarro, Roño replied: " Hindi niya alam 'yon kasi di namin pinaparinig sa kanya ang lahat ng news at 'di namin pinapanood ng TV para 'di na siya ma-upset, [sabi namin] magpagaling ka muna.
"Alam naman natin 'yan, so wala kaming comment doon. When you say marami, you just said marami, so I don't know kung ano 'yon, we are not concerned kasi we want to focus on what happened to him, on what they did to him."

Why Deniece's family has yet to come out
MANILA - The legal counsel of Denice Cornejo has explained why no member of her family has come out in support of the now-controversial model.
Speaking on ANC's "Headstart" on Thursday, Atty. Howard Calleja said Cornejo has requested for the privacy of her parents amid her filing of rape charges against TV host and actor Vhong Navarro.
"The father, I was informed by Deniece, is an OFW working abroad. Some of the family members are here, some are also abroad, but she requested us to keep this private, to keep the privacy of the family.
"And that request, we accede to that. We also request the public to respect the privacy of the family... The support of the family is there, but it doesn't mean if they are not beside her on TV, they are not beside her in actuality," he said.
Cornejo formalized her rape complaint against Navarro on Wednesday, a day after the "It's Showtime" host filed criminal charges against her and seven other in relation to a January 22 mauling incident in Taguig.
In her complaint-affidavit, Cornejo claimed that the actor forced her to perform oral sex on him and tried to insert his penis in her vagina, but was "rescued" by businessman Cedric Lee and his group.
Navarro denied attempting to rape Cornejo and claimed that he was a victim of extortion. He said he was blindfolded and tied up before being attacked by at least six men including Lee.
The actor has since charged Lee, Cornejo and six others with serious physical injuries, grave threat, grave coercion, unlawful arrest, blackmail, and serious illegal detention -- a non-bailable offense.
As the controversy unfolded early this week, people on social media brought up the absence of Cornejo's family members.
But according to Calleja, their lack of presence on television does not mean his client does not have the support of her parents.
"May mga tao na ayaw mo lang magpa-TV, 'diba? But it doesn't mean na in my office or any other place that we see them or meet them and that we see the support of the family... All I'm saying is that they would like their privacy to be maintained, and that, we respect," he said.
